The Gut & Metabolism Reset Method + The GI Map is a 4-month completely personalized 1:1 program, which includes the GI Map (a functional stool test analysis).

Ideal for those who are looking to optimize overall health with additional testing. The GI Map will give us an amazing picture of your gut microbiome, which will help us further identify​ the root causes of your symptoms.

 

​​Inside this program, I will identify and address imbalances. With sustainable dietary + lifestyle changes, you'll be able to say goodbye once and for all to:​ chronic bloating, weight loss resistance, constipation, acid reflux, IBS, brain fog, fatigue, blood sugar imbalances and more...​​ 

No cookie-cutter-approach here - you will receive a strategic supplement and nutritional plan specifically designed for YOU!

How it Works

1. Initial Consultation (60 minutes)
Your journey begins with a 60-minute orientation session where we review your medical history (including any previous labs), diet, and goals. You’ll walk away with personalized nutrition strategies you can start implementing right away!

​

2. GI-MAP Functional Stool Test Analysis (60 minutes)
Your program includes a GI-MAP functional stool test — one of the most advanced tools for uncovering gut imbalances, digestive dysfunction, and inflammation. Once your results are in, we’ll schedule a 60-minute session to review them in detail and create a targeted, step-by-step protocol for healing and restoring balance.

 

​3. Personalized Nutrition & Supplement Plan
You’ll receive customized food and supplement recommendations based on your unique needs, goals, and biochemistry, plus practical resources like recipes, shopping guides, and ingredient lists to make implementation simple and sustainable.

4. Ongoing Support & Check-ins

Throughout the program, we will meet for 3 additional 30-minute sessions to continue to adjust your personalized protocol and ensure you're progressing toward your goals.

 

5. Continued Access & Guidance

Between sessions, you have access to me through your Client Portal to ask questions Mon-Fri 8A-7P EST. You’re never on this journey alone — I’m here to support you every step of the way.
