The total cost of The Gut Blueprint is $499, and here’s exactly how that breaks down:

$400 goes directly to the lab that runs your stool analysis. This is a highly advanced, functional stool analysis that unfortunately isn’t covered by insurance. The lab charges this fee to process your sample and generate your detailed report. Note: the lab fee includes all shipping—your kit is mailed to your home, and it comes with a prepaid label to return your sample with ease.

$99 covers my professional review of your results. Behind the scenes, I take time to carefully review your intake form, assess your symptoms, and cross-reference them with your GI Map data—so I can identify patterns, imbalances, and potential root causes. You'll then receive a personalized 15–20 minute video interpretation where I walk you through your results in plain language, highlight the key findings, and explain how they relate to your symptoms and health goals. AND a detailed written report summarizing key findings, insight, and suggested areas of focus

Note: I’ve intentionally kept this offer as accessible as possible while still delivering real value. As The Gut Blueprint grows, the price may increase to reflect the time and depth of insight involved—so now is a great time to get started at this rate!

Once you purchase The Gut Blueprint, you’ll:
Receive an intake form to share your symptoms and goals (here is where I will also get your address to ship the test kit)!
Get your GI Map test kit shipped directly to your door
Collect your sample privately at home and mail it back (you’ll get clear instructions from me as well as a prepaid Fed Ex shipping label).
Once I receive your results (it takes 10-14 business days once the lab receives your kit), I’ll record a personalized video breakdown explaining it all!

* Your test kit is time-sensitive and will expire 30 days after purchase—be sure to complete it promptly.

You’ll collect your stool sample at home, in total privacy.

I recommend collecting it on a Monday or Tuesday morning and shipping it the same day, so the lab receives it before the weekend and your sample stays viable.

It's generally recommended to wait at least 14 days after finishing antibiotics before collecting the sample. For antacids, digestive enzymes, or aspirin, only if possible, refrain from taking them for 3 days before the sample.

Additionally, avoid collecting a sample while menstruating.
