Almond Butter & GF Oats Granola

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup

  • 3 tbsps Almond Butter

  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

  • 2/3 cup Oats

  • 2/3 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

  • 3 tbsps Pumpkin Seeds

  • 2 tbsps Hemp Seeds

  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds


Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth.

  3. Add the oats, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, and sesame seeds. Mix to combine.

  4. Spread the granola onto the baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and toss.

  5. Bake for another 10 to 13 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before breaking up into clusters. Enjoy!
