Ingredients:
2 cans Chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1 cup Quick Oats
1/4 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
2 tbsps Coconut Oil
2 tsps Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsps Baking Powder
1/2 cup Stevia Powder
3/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
First Blend quick oats into a fine powder
Blend everything (except the chips) very well in a food processor (not a blender)
Add “blend” to bowl to mix by hand (you want to see a moist and sticky looking mix)
Add in chocolate chips, and pour into a greased pan (grease with coconut oil on a cloth)
Cook at 350 for around 35 – 40 minutes. Let stand at least 10 minutes before removing from the pan. Cooling helps them from crumbling.
Turn upside down on a cutting board (allowing to cool).
When room temperature, slice into 16 squares!
