Chocolate Protein Overnight Oats
I have been chatting with clients (a lot lately) about overnight oats, so I thought this would be a great time to post a recipe! This particular recipe has all the right ingredients to keep you satiated, blood sugar stable, and is high in fiber (15g!). If you are a chocolate lover, you will love this as a snack or a weekend "treat"!
1/2 cup Oats
3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp Almond Butter
1 tbsp Ground Flax
1/4 cup Raspberries
1. Add all the ingredients to a resealable bowl or container and stir well to combine. Seal and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least eight hours.
2. Remove the oats from the fridge. Enjoy!
Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.
