Turkey, Bacon, & Spinach Meatballs

8 Ingredients


1 lb Extra Lean Ground Turkey

1 Sweet Potato (small, finely grated)

1/2 cup Baby Spinach (finely chopped)

1 Apple (medium, peeled, cored, finely chopped)

3 slices Bacon (finely chopped)

2 tbsps Coconut Flour

1/2 tsp Sea Salt

2 tsps Rosemary (finely chopped)


1. With the rack in the middle of the oven, preheat the oven to 400ºF (205ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix well using your hands. Roll into small balls, just over one inch (2.5 cm) in diameter and place on the baking sheet.

3. Cook in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through. Enjoy!


Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to four days.

More Flavor: Use ground chicken

*You can also swap out the bacon for turkey bacon
